While on a recent trip to Louisiana, Nick stopped in to see the gents at Tin Roof Brewing Co. in Baton Rouge. Long time friends and co-founders William McGehee and Charles Caldwell were kind enough to take a bit of time out of their day and hang with Nick for an interview and some sampling.
