This week we bring you three beer picks from our friend and gracious host, Mr. Nick Mendola. Thats him in the picture to the left here <– talking about something really cool…beer…or possibly elephants! We continue the guessing game in this show where Ethan and I (Chris) are unaware of what beer is being brought to the table. We kick it off with our first ever African beer, Tusker from Kenya. We then move in to a new beer from one of Nick’s favorite breweries, Newcastle Founder’s Ale, a slightly grainy, darker yet flowery English Pale Ale. Last, we pop the cork on an Ommegang Art Of Darkness (Belgian Dark Strong from NY) and get right into its true uniqueness where the roast replaces the dark pit fruit…an interesting beer to say the least!
